Commercial
Negotiation of purchase, sale, and lease agreements, including arranging aircraft and engine pre-purchase, delivery/redelivery inspection.
Aircraft management
Selling and placing aircraft and engines with the operators for lease. Ensuring low risks and best returns for the aircraft/engine owners. Controlling aircraft/engine delivery, operation, and end-of-the lease redelivery.
Legal services
Aircraft registration, re-registration, and de-registration. Drafting and finalizing sale/purchase and lease agreements. Ensuring smooth transaction closing, including compliance with conditions precedent and legal due diligence.
Aircraft repairs
Aircraft refurbishment/modification and arranging aircraft and engine maintenance, maximizing customers' value in terms of the quality, cost and turn-around time
